Visitors to our website

Analytics

When someone visits our website we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Newsletter subscription form

When a visitor completes our newsletter subscription form we ask for a name and email address, this allows us to send newsletters in the manner requested by the visitor. This data is stored by Campaign Monitor. Visitors can withdraw consent for this newsletter by unsubscribing using the links in the emails, or by contacting us using the details above.

Cookies

People who email us

We use Google’s G Suite as our email provider, if you choose to send us an email the details you include will be held securely by G Suite. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send to us is within the bounds of the law.
